Marrakech Bab-Atlas (Palmeraie)          

Noor Zayan is a beautiful contemporary Moroccan villa, built in 2007, in Bab-Atlas, at the end of the famous Palmeraie of Marrakech.  The villa's 700 square meter covered area lies in a 1 ha garden, surrounded by palm and olive trees.  It is located 20 minutes away from three world-class golf courses.

Noor Zayan features its own swimming pool, tennis court and spa.  It has plenty of terraces and special areas which allow the residents to chill out, have a drink or dine in different settings each time.  In the winter, there are several living rooms, each with its fireplace, a large plasma screen, a library and a large dining room.

The 5-6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms can accomodate up to 15 people: 5 couples or 3 famillies of 5.  The house has its permanent staff including a gouvernante, a 4x4 and driver, a cook, housekeepers, day and night security and a gardener.  Once you have tasted our cook's famous couscous and tagines, it is much less tempting to go out for dinner...

The owners use the villa extensively but live abroad and selectively rent Noor Zayan.
