Villa Noor Zayan Filming Trip

Francesca and I really can’t thank you enough for offering us the opportunity to stay for 3 nights in order to film your wonderful villa Noor Zayan. It is a magical place: so comfortable, so elegantly furnished, so cool inside even during the heat of the day - “Complimenti” as they say in Italian! 

All of your staff couldn’t have been nicer nor better trained – they were always helpful, always smiley and friendly, always polite, always discreet, etc. It was a great treat and also an eye opener for us – we can certainly now make some very useful suggestions to some of the owners of some of our staffed villas in Italy on how things can be improved/they can raise their game! 

There were so many highlights it is difficult to know where to begin – however, we both much enjoyed the late afternoon Falconry exhibition by both Azeddine and his apprentice Jaouad. It was lovely to watch as the falcons are indeed magnificent. Also the Musicians with their Gnawa rhythms were fabulous – very noisy, enthusiastic and with some great dance moves!

Thank you so much again for everything – it was most kind and generous of you to offer us meals. The Tajine Poulet Citron was particularly good and made for an excellent and memorable dinner on our first night.
